My Approach

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”

Antara’s approach is based on looking at yourself, dealing with your struggles and challenges, and then making informed decisions. It’s up to us to decide how we handle conflicts, and the way we handle them defines how we grow personally and collectively.

What We Do

The best approach to conflict resolution is to create a safe and respectful environment in which both parties can openly discuss their perspectives and feelings. It is important to listen to the other person's point of view, while also making sure that your own opinion is heard. It can be helpful to come up with a plan together to address the issues and find a mutually beneficial resolution. t is important to maintain an open mind and to be willing to compromise.

a) Understanding conflicts

b) Allowing you to take an unbiased approach

c) Introspecting

d) Developing strategies.

The process does not end with taking measures to fix the current situation. Rather, it extends to making strategies that will enable you to identify and deal with future conflicts.

 Conflicts Are Opportunities

Relationships are vital to human existence. It is the basic nature of each of us to seek connection and form relationships. Relationships have a wide spectrum of needs. Among these are companionship, sexual desire, warmth, emotional support, trust, and safety. When handled thoughtfully and sensibly, conflicts can provide opportunities for understanding, better communication, and exchanging expectations. Disagreements are common in everyday lives and when treated efficiently can improve the strength and depth of the relationship.

Antara allows you to become your own problem-solver. Sometimes, conflict can be exhausting, making you wish you could escape it. Antara wishes to convey that difficulties are worth resolving. Besides providing you with peace in the present, it also makes it easier for you to deal with everyday challenges. It can be rewarding and satisfying to learn about yourself and identify personal hacks for coping with problems.

It’s worth the step.
